Elevator 21 — Privacy Policy

Effective 3 October 2026 · Studio Mundial LLC, 7701 Belfast St, New Orleans, LA 70125, United States · support@studiomundial.com

Elevator 21 is a puzzle game for iPhone and Android made by Studio Mundial LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses, who processes it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we do not sell your personal information.

What stays on your device

Your on-device leaderboard, game progress (so you can continue a floor), settings, and reminder preferences are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the game deletes them. (Your best ranked score is also sent to our server for the "someone passed you" alerts described below.)

The game has no sign-up, chat, or location feature. You never need to give us your name or email to play.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob: optional reward videos (for example, to continue a floor) and occasional full-screen ads between floors. Before ads are requested, Google's consent tool asks for your privacy choices where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and some US states). You can change them any time in the game under Settings › Ad privacy choices.

To serve, measure and protect ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address (from which an approximate location may be inferred), device and app information, and ad interactions. The game asks for these choices (and, on iPhone, the tracking permission) when you open it, where required; declining never blocks play and non-personalised ads may still be shown. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Buying Remove Ads turns off the full-screen ads. Reward videos stay available if you want them.

Jokers

Jokers let you continue a floor exactly where you lost. So that a Joker you bought cannot be lost or used twice, your Joker balance is kept on our server rather than on the phone. The first time the game shows a Joker, it creates an anonymous player ID (a random code, not linked to your name, email or Apple/Google account) and stores with it: your Joker balance, a record of Jokers added and used, and the store transaction IDs of Joker purchases. This is hosted by Supabase on our behalf. If you delete the game, the anonymous ID is removed from your phone and its Jokers can no longer be reached. To have the server record deleted, email us.

"Someone passed you" alerts

The game can send you one phone notification when another player beats your best score. To make this work, it sends our server, under the same anonymous player ID used for Jokers: your best ranked score for each mode (Classic and Hardcore Night), when you last played, your game language and your platform (iPhone or Android). Scores are sent even if you keep alerts off, so that other players can be told when you pass them; your score is never shown to anyone, only compared. If you turn alerts on and allow notifications, it also sends the push token your phone gives the game, which we pass to Apple (APNs) or Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver the notification. Turning off Settings › Tell me when someone passes my score deletes the push token from our server. This is hosted by Supabase on our behalf.

Game Center leaderboards (iPhone)

If you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends your leaderboard score to Apple so it can appear in the world rankings with your Game Center name. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your Game Center identity.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore them on your devices; it receives your purchase receipt and an anonymous app user ID for that purpose.

Optional diagnostics

If you turn on Settings › Share diagnostics (it is off by default), the game sends crash reports and basic gameplay events (such as the floor number) to Google Firebase so we can fix problems and improve the game. You can turn it off at any time.

Reminders

If you allow it, the game schedules a single reminder notification on your device. It is created locally; no notification account or marketing list is involved. You can turn it off in the game or in your phone's settings.
